My wife and I booked to come in and try some wedding band styles on in January and the team was very easy to work with! Definitely would recommend Windfall Jewellery for engagement rings. My partner and corresponded with the team during Covid and tweaked our ring to specifications which suited us. I fangirl over the Windfall ladies so hard. I was obsessed with their work and followed them on Instagram for so long, then lucky me - my man proposed with my very own windfall ring. It is everything I could’ve wanted and more. My now fiancé and I approached the team at Windfall earlier this year to begin creating our dream engagement ring. From the outset we knew it was going to be unique as we were going to be combining heirloom stones and we wanted to source a salt and pepper diamond from Misfit Diamonds who are based in Canada (a big part of why we chose Windfall was because of the access they have to sustainable stones through Misfit).We are based in rural NSW and for ease of cost/time and availability we decided to put our trust in the team and go through video consultations and email to design and create our ring.We worked with Sarah all the way through consultation, sourcing and purchasing the salt and pepper diamond, designing and finally creating the ring. She was an absolute star!! Patient, caring and really listened to our wishes and went above and beyond to accommodate us, even when I know it meant extra work, time and care to do so (thanks again Sarah!)We had many emails back and forth but the whole way through neither myself or my now fiancé doubted the trust we placed in the team at Windfall. The ring that was created is just out of this world beautiful and so incredibly unique. We will forever recommend Windfall Jewelry to anyone and everyone!
