I had my service due, but I had problem with phone, couldn't do the service on time, and now they want to charge the whole system again. They just love money, service is not that difficult. A few minutes and done. Is not fair.

Worst people to deal with. Their shower filter doesn't work as expected. When complained, their technician showed up after a week and confirmed that the filter is not working as expected for both hot/cold water. He then tried to convince the owner to replace/refund by taking videos and showing it to him as a proof, but the owner refused. So, the technician walks away and refuses to talk with the owner on phone. Owner later calls me to get a plumber to have a look...seriously? Terrible service...

They are professional, friendly and honest team. I love the way the office looks and the hospitality when you visit the shop water is a bonus. Guys please buy the fillers from them and they will install in your house in no time. They usually provide a warrant and service on point. Continue doing what you know best guys. Awesome welcoming services and friendly staff with top nosh customer care. I will definitely recommend them
