Francis and his team completed some plastering, electrical and painting work in our home. They were excellent! We are thrilled with the outcome. Francis is very responsive and the job was completed quickly, over four days. All of the team were extremely nice and ensured the end product is what we wanted. Thank you so much for delivering such a high standard of work.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY3 week renovation blew out to over 3 MONTHS and it’s still not complete and they’ve also STOLEN my money as they refuse to return my calls and reply to messages.COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT - over a dozen mistakes were made - shower installed too low as the height of the bath was not taken into consideration, tiles then had to be ripped out and the plumbing redone, waterproofing reapplied which then looked completely dodgy and still had gaps around the outside where it had been cut. The basin spout and mixer were not in the middle of the vanity, which also needed to tiles to be ripped out and redone, and then once it was redone it was again installed leaning downwards and not level. Tiles were scratched and grout chipped by the plumber, silicone SMEARED over all the tiles like it was done without looking and clearly not done by a professional. The list is endless and ALL ITEMS are BASIC COMPONENTS that a builder and plumber should know how to do, and SHOULD NOT OCCUR BY PROFESSIONALS.NOT ONCE did they apologize or offer to rectify any issues even though it was clear as day mistakes had been made, I had to repeatedly question and then specially ask for these basic mistakes to be fixed eg. Anyone could see the shower was installed too low, yet they didn’t say a word until I demanded it be replaced.I’m also OWED NEARLY 2k in a deposit and extra materials I had to purchase for them to fix mistakes, and I will be further out of pocket THOUSANDS as I now need to find my own trades to finish a job I paid this company to do, not to mention the SIGNIFICANT STRESS this has caused me in an already stressful time.

I hired Prime Reno group to fit out my gelato store “Mastika-icecream jungle of colour”. What can I say other then a massive thank you to Prime Reno group. There where a lot of changes required along the way and they always found a solution to the problem. The attention to detail was perfect and I’m extremely happy with the outcome. They often still call in to check up on things and to get their gelato fix! Five stars for Billy and the team.
