Exceptionally rude staff, multiple other people came in while pharmacist was preparing my script and he put mine aside because they were regulars. The woman who served me was cold and rude. No customer service, I tried to strike a conversation and was met with awkward silence and ridiculous prices.And THE BIG ONE. The pharmacist the whole time had his mask over his neck. mouth and nose out not following government guidelines.Like we are in a pandemic and you are supposed to be a health professional. What an absolute joke.Will not be going here again absolute horrid experience

Useless and rude. They're happy to sell someone with coeliac disease a product containing gluten, yet will not accept a return. Do yourself a favour, find another pharmacy.

Pharmacists and assistants are all friendly and always ready to help. This makes them extremely popular - understandably. It depends on what time you go to see them as to how long you have to wait. Like any pharmacy within a shopping centre. If it’s a slightly longer wait, one can always go somewhere else within the shopping centre to pass their time until they collect their script/s. I highly recommend them. Have been going there for seven years!

When my script was ready one particular assistant was quite rude, no niceness about her, she actually made me feel quite awkward and uncomfortable. As this was the second time having this experience will not be returning again.

Not a bad chemist if you want to stand in line for 5 minutes while the cashier has a chat. Only seemed to get their attention when I put my product down and headed towards the exit.
