Andy was great and fixed our problem -- our tv quality is now awesome!What I looked about Andy was how fast he was at responding, how he first took the time to properly diagnose the problem and explain to me what was going on. I also liked that he gave me a few options to fix and the pros/cons of each.Andy's also a nice guy and he was easy to have in our house.Thanks Andy!
