We couldn’t believe the service offered by Jarrad at Roam Gear. He had everything from the big ticket solar items right down to the individual crimps and shrink wrap. We will definitely be back in the future. Jarrad saved me hours of time online trying to buy individual parts or waiting for things to be posted. He had everything in store for our set up. It’s a one stop shop - Highly recommend.

We spoke with Jarrod about our requirements and he came back with a solution that fitted. He gave us a great price on quality products (not rubbish) and also assisted us with lining up a tradie to do the job. He is very knowledgeable and very easy to deal with. Jarrad was very honest, knowledgeable & helpful in sorting me with a portable solar setup that met my needs. He didn’t advise any unnecessary equipment at this stage in my solar journey therefore I was not paying more than I needed to. Would not hesitate to continue shopping through him. If i could post a score greater then 5 stars i would. From the moment i contacted Jarrad first to walking in the store today he was nothing but professional, honest and super knowledgable. Going through every step and detail explaing what im purchasing and why i need it. He worked right through the whole setup with me and my partner from top to bottom, even offering to show us his own personal car for ideas. Glad i made the trek up north to see him and if i was ever to start again for a build this would be the first shop i'd start
