I was so pleased with the care my older dog, Loki recieved from Dr Taylah and her colleagues. He felt loved throughout his consultation, which was so good to see as often the trip to the vet is very stressful. They were very gentle with him. Having them drive to our home also made the whole process far less painful for him. The information sent out in an email after our appointment was also incredibly thoughtful

Great service by attending Vet and the rest of the staff. Was very affordable as well when it was running. Hopefully the service will be back running again soon.

My newly adopted senior cat just had his first visit with Dr Michaela. Albeit friendly, my furry pal is very squirmy and also has pain and sensitivity. Dr Michaela was attentive, absolutely lovely, incredible helpful, effective at handling him, and offered easy solutions for his medication and feeding. Dr. Michaela came to see my beautiful cat Chika for a general check up and I was beyond pleased with the entire experience. She was professional, helpful, super friendly and so gentle and caring with my often temperamental cat! The entire process was stress-free and done entirely within the comfort of our home, which made my cat, as well as myself, feel relaxed and at ease. Thank you Dr Michaela and the amazing team of nurses for looking after our beloved 13 year old Samoyed, Kasper for the last couple of weeks. Due to Kasper’s mobility issue, it has been stressful and difficult to take him to a pet clinic. But with this service, it has taken our stress away. Dr Michaela and her team are so helpful, friendly, caring and go above and beyond for our Kasper. I highly recommend this service to any pet owner.

Dr Neil was great with our very nervous dog. He took his time to really explain what was going on and our best options.This service is really great for those with nervous animals or if you have trouble getting to the vet clinic.Very happy and will definitely be using the service again.

Helping him through with great compassion and no sedation in a difficult task, ensuring the best possible result for my shy cat. Regular follow ups and genuine concern for Lion (and his owner) was above and beyond. I used this service as I needed my two Beagles vaxxed before dropping at kennels in a couple of days. My own vet could not bother to update me about the appointment, and was fully booked. I was blown away by the quality of care, the quality of service - overall professionalism , affordability and ease of the Petstock mobile vet service (Bayside) . The appointment was easy to make, the vet was super friendly and professional and at total ease with my animals. No waiting, no nonsense and a true overview of the health of both my pets that puts my normal vet's (non)advice to shame. I will def. keep on using this mobile service - I'm totally won over.

This was my first experience using a mobile vet (Bayside) and WOW we won’t be going back to the vet. Dr Michaela was fantastic! My ragdoll Winnie had so many issues as a kitten in the past so she’s not keen on being checked but Dr Michaela was so caring, gentle and also very thorough. The professionalism and fantastic care Winnie received is worth higher than a 5* could not recommend highly enough and we will definitely be using in the future
