Servers don’t believe COVID is real. They tell my wife this as they hand her our food because she’s wearing a mask.Maybe COVID can’t be transferred by food or packaging and maybe it can.But put up a sign in the shop stating that COVID isn’t being taken seriously by staff so the public can decide if to shop there.

Tried to put foccacio in the microwave. Only had one sundried tomato in it Didnt butter husbands sandwhich or ask whether we wanted salt and pepper. Which it drastically did

Ordered pannini. When paying for it the lady used her gloved hand for money and then touched my food. Gloves were never removed between customers, touching food again with gloves

My husband and I were regular customers of this eatery. We always bought the roast meal with vegetables. We used to be happy with the meal. Cost $16. Two weeks ago, I ordered take away but they have lessened the quantity but charge the same. Today again I ordered the roast meal and vegies and again the quantity had reduced substantially of both the meat slices and roasted vegies. The price remained the same. This is a rip-off. It is pathetic how these eateries are trying to make money off those of us who are trying to keep them afloat. They have just lost a good customer and our extended family. We will not be ordering any food from Rhumbas in Plenty Valley.
