I want to give a shout-out to Ally and the rest of the girls who were working today, I didn’t get their names but everybody was so patient, lovely and friendly. Me and my best friend had a blast trying on all the lovely clothing, they have given me style advice and we had a lovely laugh. Amazing customer service. Everytime I go into glassons Westfield I’m never let down. Thank you!

I went into the Liverpool store yesterday and had the best customer service, usually when I go into retails stores now the girls are on their phones or judging your appearance, I was dressed like I just rolled out of bed, and the girls there still served me like they would when I’m dressed up (unlike other places) I wish I got all their names. The owner should be so proud of them. I’ll definitely be back again…

Love this store. On some occasions there is some judge workers, but 95% of the time i come to this store it is nothing but helpful and kind workers. Thank you very much to this stores workers and i recommend this place to many others in surrounding areas.

Called to ask if something was in stock and they didn't have in it. Asked if they can tell me what other stores has it.Girl did not know how look it up then put me on hold for over 5 mins. I hanged up and called back twice and no one picked up.Poor service

This store is a joke! I was served by Sarah G, she was extremely rude and gave me so much attitude when I asked if she could check if they had my size of a top I liked online. Seriously ruined my whole experience at this store. Hope you guys take some action on this and try training your employees to show a bit more respect to customers who are PAYING.

I want to start by saying this place had appalling customer service. I witnessed a lady be fat shamed when asked by an employee when she was due with another baby. Only for the poor lady to burst into tears because she wasn’t pregnant. I want to say I will never support this place or buy anything from here ever again. Shame

Loved the experience I had in store. Was welcomed warmly by the lovely staff and felt at ease when trying on clothes. I received a lot of help when needed, and there wasn't any unnecessary pressure to ask for help/buy something. I ultimately got a corset top that looks amazing. 10/10
