I have spent the last 50 years of my life in morbid fear of dentists. I had to bite the bullet today and I'm so thankful I did. Dr Kevin and his beautiful assistant took such time and care with me, I've booked another appointment for further treatment. Thank you for caring, I'll see you again next week. From the very first moment when getting in touch with the clinic until walking out of the clinic post appointment, I was treated with the utmost care and respect from the team at North West Dental. Lisa, (one of the receptionists) not only calmly listened to my issue over the phone, however offered solutions and went above and beyond to guide me in the right direction and provide the care I so badly needed at the time. I have never dealt with teeth issues in my adult life, nor do I have an understanding of issues with wisdom teeth, yet, Lisa aswell as the very professional and caring Dr.Camilo helped me understand the complications of my case and explained everything that needed to be done to my teeth, in simple yet informative terms. Dr.Camilo was extremely calming (as I was a bit nervous in discussing the removal of my teeth ) friendly, patient, compassionate and professional. I have never had a regular dentist I visit for checkups, however after my initial visit at North West Dental it became very apparent that this will be my dentist clinic for life. I trust the team and Dr.Camilo especially with my teeth.I can not recommend the team at North West Dentist enough , particularly Dr.Camilo himself. You will not be disappointed with the customer service, dental care and professionalism here in.

Dr Joyce is amazing at North West Dental, she made me feel very relaxed and at ease and my dental procedure was pain free. I highly recommend her to anyone who feels anxious about visiting a dentist. Thankyou.

I have been seeing Dr Camillo for quite some time now, going through some difficult extractions and preparations for implants. At all times he has been totally professional and I trust him completely to do whatever is needed for my dental care. He is always friendly, polite and happy to explain what is needed, and answer any questions I have about what he is doing.

Dr Jun is the right mix of confidence, competence and compassion for a nervous-dentist-wuss like me. It is rare finding someone so capable and gentle, plus incredibly pleasant to deal with. I would recommend her without any hesitation. Both the Wynyard and Burnie practices are modern and well presented, the front end staff are all super-friendly and efficient too.

Northwest Dental Burnie successfully completed my dental works to my satisfaction in a timely & professional manner. Dr Richard Wang was gentle, caring & attentive to my needs at all times. I will happily recommend their services & plan future dental care as appropriate.

My son had an appointment and as soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiles and made welcomed.I highly recommend Dr Camilo and Dr Jun as well as Anita the dental assistant whom was excellent with my child and made his dental experiences an enjoyable time and making him feel calm and relaxed as he was a little bit anxious.Would highly recommend to see the team at Northwest Dental Burnie.

Fantastic service from start to finish! The administration staff always greet you with a smile and that carries right through to the rest of the team. I have recently finished my invisalign treatment, and i am ecstatic with the results they were able to produce. I couldn't recommend the whole team enough, a special thank you to Sarah, Lila and Richard!

As someone who has a fear of going to the dentist, Dr Ben was amazing. He explained everything in detail, made me feel comfortable and was very professional. I will absolutely be going back to Dr Ben.
