I've been going here for the past 5 months twice a week and Kainat, Simian, Priya and Pooja are amazing at what they do. They've all helped so much with getting me back on my feet and I'm so thankful to them all. Really cannot recommend them enough

I was referred by my GP to Sharon after a long time of having problems with my left shoulder. When I met Sharon I could hardly straighten my left arm. After my first consultation She was quick to come up with what was best for my arm to recover. The first session with her was a bit hard for me but I celebrated after that very first session. I Saw a change. S h e used simply methods which brought amazing results. After 3 sessions my arm was as good as it used to be some months ago. Thanks Sharon for your marvelous work.

I was referred to SpineX by my doctor. I could hardly walk as I had done my back. I saw Kainat Ramzan who has been fantastic, not only a great physio but a really caring lady. I highly recommend her as she has been wonderful.

I was referred by my GP with heel pain, and was treated by Dr Pooja, who has been fantastic. She has been so helpful in getting me back on my feet and training again. Awesome work !

I have been receiving treatments from three Physiotherapists Sharon, Sam and Priya at Spinex Phisiocare for about 4 months to recover from an injury.They are all highly skilled physiotherapists.They go above and beyond their roles and has a natural propensity to empathise with the difficulties that come with personal recovery on both a physical and mental level. I work mainly with Sharon and Priya now. They are kind, attentive and compassionate, while simultaneously maintaining a high level of professionalism. The whole team including the receptionist is extremely caring and I can't recommend them enough!

Very good clinic, my family and come and they do a very good job. I came with very bad neck and back pain and with their physio treatments I feel much better and no longer wake up with pain. If I could rate 100 stars I would!

GREAT. After 5 years of ongoing shoulder pain and immobility; in my first physio session with Sharon my shoulder improved to almost normal mobility and virtually pain free. My quality of life has improved significantly.Thanks Sharon for doing what others have failed to do.I highly recommend Sharon.
