Bloke who is always working everytime I go there is rude like he’s had a bad day, the bait there is terrible I got worms yesterday and pilchards and they were absolutely terrible kept just breaking and falling off the hook I been fishing for 10 years and by far the worst bait I have ever gotten and terrible service

First class service and help for fishing in the Port Stephens area.Quality bait and in summer live worms prove a winner. I bought two rods and reels and was set up by the staff who offered to give advice on all matters...I would not go anywhere else for my fishing needs.

I decide to go fishing for the first time and was recommended Duff's by a friend. I was not disappointed. The shop looked great it was full, tidy and priced.The guys took the time to show this newbie how to tie my line, where to fish and what baits to use. They didn't try to sell me the most expensive gear they had but a quality value set up.With their help I was able to catch my first fish, I will definitely be back as I've now caught the bug :-)

Love this shop, I need to go more often. Run and managed by keen fishos, always willing to have a chat and point you in the right direction. I used to come here for my blackfish needs in winter but looking around the other day they have plenty of quality stock that's right on the money for a variety of species.

The Gents at Duff's are always happy to give me some direction on whatever I'm chasing for the day. Great range, best bait in town, even better advice on what and where. Matt puts out a regular email newsletter with the local updates on conditions and incoming local reports.

Paid a recent visit to stock up for the Luderick season, by far the most comprehensive range of gear I have seen all in one convenient location in store and competitively priced.I placed an order for a custom rod for the beach too, can’t wait to pick up my new rod.I can’t recommend more, great service and range.
