Such a lovely place to stay! So peaceful and comfortable. We were amazed with the generous helpings for breakfast and everything was delicious and fresh. Would definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Oak Tree Lodge Boat House such a lovely property.What a great find for us last minute (alternate arrangements after F1 cancelled in Melbourne).Beautifully decorated, fully equipped in kitchen for cooking in, everything you could need.The fantastic local produce basket for breakfast and for all the lovely touches throughout the property.It made us feel so much better after disappointment that our plans had to change, gave us a real lift & we got to visit the lovely Phillip Island & got to see Penguin Parade.(Visiting from UK)

B&B but cook your own. Missing the laundry key. Location is close to the sea and public transport. Quiet. Lovely gardens and outdoor eating area.

I love coming to the Oak Tree Lodge. It’s peaceful, spacious and the owner is so lovely! This place is perfect for a weekend getaway. Loved my stay here, and can’t wait to return!

We have just had a lovely stay at Oak Tree Lodge. We stayed in the Oak Leaf Suite and it is beautifully located in the quiet village of Rhyll only 5 minutes drive to Cowes. The suite was decorated beautifully with everything we needed for a long weekend stay. The owner had kindly left us enough breakfast for our stay and was quick to respond to any queries or questions we had. We will be back to stay in the summer for sure. Thank you.

The Oak Leaf Suite is absolutely gorgeous! My partner and I stayed here on Saturday night and our only regret would be that we didn't stay for longer! The suite was just beautiful, It really felt as if we were living in luxury! Thank you so much Sue for the breakfast supplies, our complimentary late checkout, hassle free check in and for allowing us to use this beautiful location to spend some time together. We will definitely be back :)

Beautiful little cottage, lovely location, BUT NO hospitality at all. Paid for bed AND breakfast; no bread, no milk, and a scrap of marmalade left from a previous guest. We were also supplied with out-of-date little packets of rice rubbles and cocoa pops. We had to go out for breakfast. The cottage was dusty, full of cobwebs and the shower was grubby. It was a freezing cold day and no-one even bothered to turn the heater on for us to make us feel welcome. We certainly did not feel welcome! We will not be going back there. We have stayed in many B&B's and have never been treated like this before.

Repeat customer, love this place it is such a beautiful getaway. The garden and outdoor seating is lovely and provides a nice dining area on days with good weather. The beds are extremely comfortable and it was a struggle to get out of bed most of the time!. The bath in the gatehouse was a nice bonus. Will always come back to Oak Tree Lodge when staying in Phillip Island couldn't recommend this b&b enough!
