My 10 year old son and I went into Strandbags Eastlands today to buy 4 Travel bags, I just got to the counter area, while my son was looking at the travel bags with locks on them..When I heard The middle aged Lady who worked their Say VERY loud rude and abruptly to my son DONT TOUCH THE LOCKS. Everyone in the store turned and looked at him he was very embarrassed.with that we left and spent nothing We wo t be going in there again.Terrible customer service.

Today i went to the strandbags at eastland rosnypark and i wans thinking to purchase three bags but i liked only two and i was thinking to purchase the guess bag but I didn’t like and I didn’t got which i want. So i purchased only tw. But the middle age lady was very rude and when her colleague were came she was explaining about me that how i was looking for the bags and everything. The customer service is very thirdclass at eastland strandbags as compare to others .

In Eastlands Shopping Centre, Rosny.Well laid out store with a large collection of bags, wallets, purses etc. Staff very helpful...store prices very reasonable.

I had the opportunity to visit two Strandbags stores yesterday 27 September 2020. I have worked in the customer service industry for many years and find good customer service of the utmost importance to any business especially in these trying times. I can say without a doubt that the service I received from the lady at your Rosny store was excellent. The information received was friendly and professional. Hence the purchase of two items and very happy customer. Well done!
