Ian is the best salesperson I’ve ever met, with full passion and professionalism of what he is doing. The purchasing experience is 5 stars and totally hassles free! I am pretty sure I will be back for an upgrade in near future! Thank you guys, I really enjoy the new car driving.

Just sold up to move to UK - including divesting of my beloved Mini that I desperately needed until the day before I left. Thank goodness fir Eugene - professional, understanding - great with communication and follow up. Made a stressful experience bearable. We recently purchased a lightly used prestige vehicle from Autohaus Prestige. The car is great and everything we hoped it would be, but better than the car was the level of service we received from Ian. There was never any sales pressure, and once the deal was done the level of follow-up, communication and professionalism was outstanding, and would be the envy of any award winning new car dealer. If Autohaus Prestige has the make and model you are after, it is a waste of time going anywhere else

We purchased this car from Autohaus Prestige in July 2022, with only 18,000km on the clock. Unfortunately, and at no fault of the dealer, the car presented with an ABS fault as soon as we drove out of the showroom. This was not a fault that was easily able to be rectified. Ian worked tirelessly with us over the duration of 4 weeks to resolve the issue, communicating with us throughout the entire process. At no stage did he give us the impression that he was going to leave us high and dry. Car is now fixed and working fine. My daughter is extremely happy was this is her first car. Couldn't fault Ian and his exceptional service. Highly recommend. Oh and Ian makes a killer of a cappuccino ;-)
