JUMP! Swim Schools Ferntree Gully

The staff at JUMP! Ferntree Gully are fantastic! My son has a hearing impairment and he is just loves going to his lesson. Danielle makes a huge efffort to give him visual cues which help him tremendously. We couldn’t recommend JUMP! Ferntree Gully any higher!

The teachers are lovely and the facilities are great. My children love swimming here :)

We had loved this swim school until now with the new backflip on making swimming lessons essential this swim school have decided to lie to me saying all their classes are full when they have vacancies online as they would prefer to discriminate than teach little kids how to swim very unfortunate as my kids had loved coming here every week

Jump has been a fantastic place for my boys to learn to swim! Our teacher Rachel has been so friendly and it is a safe environment for the kids.

I would highly recommend this swim school. Being solely focused on children's swimming lessons means it has great family friendly facilities (family sized change rooms, lots of change tables, plenty of room for prams & ample parking out the front). The small class sizes means your child gets lots of attention from the instructor & helps with their development. My 8 month old loves her swimming lessons!

Jump! FTG was referred to us by friends and we can see why. The venue is spacious and always immaculately kept. The staff are friendly and clearly passionate about helping children learn a lift skill as important as swimming. They have managed the challenges of COVID and staff shortages with such grace and communication has been outstanding. I would not be leaving the school if it were not for a move out of the area. Thank you to all of the team for your assistance in teaching my child such confidence in the water.

Absolutely love everything about Jump in Ferntree Gully! Our daughter is in the duckling class and has been going for almost 6 months! We feel that we are in such safe and experienced hands at Jump. Everything in the class has a purpose - it’s all gearing your little one up for skills that they will use forever! The instructor is so engaging and explains everything so throughly! The facilities are fanstatsic - heaps of room to change bubs after the swim and lots of room for Nan and Pa to come and watch! They are also super accommodating if you need to change your class time for the week if you are away! Our little girl has learnt so much already and just gets so excited every time we swim!

I liked the venue itself, and the staff were friendly, however very disappointed in the lack of instructions with my toddler. He had been going for a few months with no improvement. No changes to lessons, no help from the teacher getting him to kick etc. I could have done the same at the local pool for half the price
