I was excited to see Golden Circle Pineapple juice on sale. A sale ticket was sitting over the top of the pineapple juice original price. So I grabbed four, however,when I got to the counter it scanned at full price. I showed them the picture of the pineapple juice on sale ticket and they said it was their mistake and they said they would fix it right away but the pineapple juice was still at $4.50 not at $2.40. I am unhappy that it was there mistake and they didn't honour it to me at the sale price.

Would be nice if deli staff watched the counter and served people as they get there not people who line up after. Customer service is slightly lacking

Great shop only downfall is there isent much parking with underneath the shop being the only option bit have always goten a park as theres not much trafic to compete with

Disappointed turned up to Coles Coffs Harbour this morning after an hours drive to town & they have changed their opening hours from 6am to 7am. Not impressed.

Coff’s Harbour store this afternoon - staff, without exception always helpful, polite & efficient. I didn’t have a coin to get a trolley - front desk gave me a complimentary tag. I really appreciated.

Fairly typical Coles experience which can be comforting if visiting from a different area. It's good it's not buried in a mall. It's located in its own little area. Parking is fairly tight but not as bad as some more urban areas. The nearest Woolies is at Macksville so competition is some distance off.

Really good smaller Coles store but easy parking really pleasant staff and all the goodies you need. Excellent liquor store and the fresh food is awesome. Small seafood section which is good. The roasted chicken is very good here. Good sourdough bread. Make some great meals and more!
