I cannot thank Nick enough for the help he gave us last night when there was no asthma medication to be had for my daughter on the Central Coast. He went over and above for us and even fix up a billing confusion over the phone and on the spot. I highly recommend them.

Been going here for a few years now since I've been living in Newcastle always have great customer service and excellent product range at discounted prices. And always answer all my concerns that I have. It's really good that the store is getting renovated on the inside. I highly recommend this chemist.

Just went to this pharmacy and the door was closed and all binded up I couldn’t open it the staff member came out yelling saying what the hell is wrong with me making out I was breaking the door when it is never closed i could not believe how rude the staff member was I am a long time customer of this pharmacy I have lived upstairs in the apartments they have lost my buisness this was on 21/12/21 at 5:20 pm

This pharmacy is currently engaging in (potentially illegal) price gouging of rapid covid tests. They’re claiming they’re trying to help the community by selling them individually rather than in five or ten packs, however charging $20 for one RAT test is unconscionable price gouging. Shop elsewhere if you need a test to make sure you’re not getting taken advantage of during a vulnerable and scary situation.

I had a base and unfortunate displeasure of being addressed by a thin and pale young woman whom was particularly unhelpful and her approach had all the seeming of laziness.Staff at this pharmacy are typically helpful and approachable.Edited: 19/08/2022My recent experiences warrant a four star review.

Unconscionable. They are selling individual COVID rapid antigen tests for $20 each, pulled apart from bigger boxes and re-packaged in snap lock bags with photocopied instructions. Pretty sure that’s illegal.

Charlestown pharmacy has been my preferred pharmacy for over 15 years. The staff are brilliant and very helpful. If they don't have a medication, their sister pharmacy only a few minutes walk away will rush the medication over to you - you don't have to walk to the other pharmacy. They also have much easier parking than the other two pharmacies in Charlestown (excluding the ones in Charlestown Square).Just a small gripe I have that's not worth removing one star is that they reduced their closing time to 6 pm on weekdays and even earlier on weekends and they have not changed the signs on the store - it still says 8am to 8pm 7 days. This is a bit of a problem for me because I like to keep my regular scripts at the chemist so I don't lose them and I have been caught out not making it in time before they close.
