The principal of the college, Sarah, was extremely professional in all aspects of her tutoring. I received both tutoring from her and another tutor during year 12 and my results dramatically improved compared to my preliminary final marks.Not only was I taught content, but I was taught how to study efficiently and effectively which I can now apply to my studies at university. This tutoring school has been the most professional tutoring school. They have supported two of my children throughout their high school years and even their university years. Sarah runs a very professional but friendly service. It's obvious that she holds her tutors to high academic standards, yet they are also gentle in how they guide the children. My son has improved greatly in a few short months and really likes his tutor which makes the process more enjoyable.

My friend and myself were at a bookstore in Castle Towers over the weekend when she recognised Sarah, the principal of the college along with who appeared to be her husband acting disgracefully in public. My friends daughter is enrolled in this coaching college and the behaviour we witnessed from Sarah and her husband left her and i dismayed. It appeared they had ordered a book which was delayed for some reason and was not available to pickup. The young shop attendant who was extremely professional and highly courteous was explaining this to them however, for a good 5-7 mins he was verbally abused, berated and humiliated by the principal and her husband. They were both yelling and gesturing in a very threatening and aggressive manner at the poor man who remained calm and quiet.It was commendable how resolute he remained whilst being abused and shouted at infront of 10 or so other customers who were as disgusted and shocked as us at the scene that was unfolding. We really really felt for him as he too is someones son, brother and friend, There was a long queue of customers who all bore witness to the appalling bullying behaviour of the couple. I have taken the time to write this review as I feel people who are responsible for educating our young children need to lead by example and conduct themselves in a respectful and civil manner. I would be horrified to think of the students enrolled in this college being subjected to such aggressive and bullying behaviour, How can anyone feel confident entrusting these people to educate their children when they target and abuse someone elses child in a public who is just trying to do their job?I have two young children of my own and i certainly will be cautioning other parents not to send their children to Hills Coaching College.After the couple left, numerous customers applauded the young mans professionalism and calmness in dealing with such rude and shamelsss people. Google doesn't provide an option to wrote a review with no stars as I feel even a 1 star rating is far too generous.
