Worst agency than I found in Australia, they ask you money before to starting to looking for a job for you, and in 2 months they've found just 5 hours of job in Easter, and ok I know is not them fault, but the payment was only 20$ ph cash in hand (in a public holiday is like work for free)

Absolute scam, they will take your $50 sign up fee and won't even try to find you a job, should be illegal, do NOT use this agency! In a month not so much as a email or a potential job lead.

Yesterday contacted Job Shack requesting someone to do 4 hours of gardening for the next day. Never got confirmation that my request had been filled, no one showed up, nothing. This is the third time this has happened to us. Not sure what they do in there, but won't be using them again or recommending them. We did the gardening ourselves!

I had an amazing experience with the Job Shack. Greyson whom works at front desk was eager to help and was extremely informative. His patience with everyone seeking work and kindness was exceptional. Job Shack went above and beyond and I received work within my first day of being here. Would recommend it to anyone heading into Darwin.
