Koslowski Concreting

We are very unhappy with our experience after hiring Steve to lay some concrete and build us some garden beds. We asked for coloured concrete but instead we got painted concrete, and now the paint is all chipping and peeling off, part of two of our decks and also the footpath in our yard were destroyed during the process of building the garden beds and laying pebbles down in the back yard. There was also concrete backsplash left on our brand new roller door that cannot be removed without damaging the finish. We have contacted Steve on numerous occasions and asked him to repair the damage to the footpath and the deck, initially he said he was happy to get everything fixed up, but after months of him promising to show up and then never showing up we were finally told that the damage he caused was Not his concern" and that we were no longer his priority. I now cannot get him to answer any of my phone calls or messages and I still have two broken decks and badly damaged concrete that I am now going to have to fix out of my own pocket. $14
