Brighton Health Clinic for Kids

Be wary. Saw both a paediatrician here and a psychologist. Both were disorganised and disinterested. They promised follow ups and reports that were paid for but weren’t delivered. When I tried to follow up directly, there was no response. Office staff and management didn’t respond to emails and when I called for help said it wasn’t their responsibility and offered no help.Very concerned with payment - no so much with support and follow through.Please don’t waste your time or money. I waited months for the appointments and had a horrible and stressful experience.

Brighton Health Kids is a wonderful clinic, the staff are so friendly and it is such a warm, welcoming place. The clinic is always clean and staff very professional.

The front staff are always so lovely and Dr. Betty is very professional, kind and calming.We always feel at ease and welcomed coming to Brighton Health Clinic for Kids and are very satisfied with the care my son receives.

Whilst I was satisfied (but not blown away) with the face-to-face treatment of my then 12 week old daughter, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response, attention and basic customer service received from this clinic and it’s staff following our initial attendance. The follow up care, including in relation to test results, was less than adequate. I waited 2 weeks to have test results communicated to me. I am still waiting for a response, some 8 weeks later, to information provided at the request of the treating doctor. I am also still waiting to be contacted to discuss my concerns despite assurances this would happen. I would actively recommend any parent AGAINST taking their child to Brighton Health Clinic for Kids. You will not get the care or attention your child deserves or likely requires. You will just be kept waiting.

Couldn’t of been happier with every aspect of our visit, reception were kind and understanding and Dr James was by far the best pead we have ever visited, engaging, calm, understanding and went over everything in detail!

Complete waste of our money. Now we feel more helpless then when we knocked on your door.. you took the money and then ignored our emails.. it's not ok to run a kids health clinic with no care.

Admin staff Not the best with follow up or accomodating when I have needed it most. As for the pediatrician we saw he was as brief vague and uninformative unprepared every time we had an appointment.. looking for an alternative already

I had my son assessed by an OT all the way back in 2020 and while the initial assessment was great. I tried contacting them via email in 2021 with absolutely no response from the treating doctor even though the reception staff followed up the same email a couple of times. We feel completely ghosted. Feels like I’ve wasted my time and money and still don’t have the support my child needs.

Spoke to the owner about dissatisfaction with communication across a number of months (unanswered emails / Dr not providing documents as promised). He was abrupt and dismissive. Having read the other reviews, this appears to be a common complaint attributed to this business.What shocked me the most was that the owner was disrespectful before I had even spoken about the issues. I.e., we weren't having an argument as there hadn't even been a discussion yet!
