Again I was assured the product was checked well no and once again I had the task of explaining the dissapointment to my client because they did not check before delivery something the owner of this business apparently dosn't think necesssary. The owner of the business his reply well go somewhere else. Need to grow a few you wimp rather than putting it all back on the buyer. Educate your staff rather than hide.

The staff at Holstens were exceptionally helpfull & very friendly. The service was outstanding. A great range of glassware at awesome prices. Also a terrific place for wedding decorations.Totally recommend Holstens.

Very slow communication, website takes days to get an invoice only to be told that their product is so cheap and poorly made that they can't send it as it would break.

Holstens provided the most outstanding customer service I have ever experienced. Not only did they accept a telephone order close to or possibly after closing time but they then personally delivered the order as we happened to live close to a staff member who was on their way home. I cannot recommend Holstens highly enough.

Absolutely pathetic and disorganised company. I have been ordering envelopes for many years. Although they are cheap, more than half are bent, dirty and unusable. Orders often aren't posted for weeks, their website is confusing, postage is calculated afterwards and payment is via bank deposit only.

I ordered a backdrop which was received faulty. The backdrop pieces do not align properly. Photographs of the faulty product have been provided to Holstens. I have emailed Holstens one week ago and I have not received even an acknowledgment email. I am very disappointed in the service. I really hope they will respond back and fix this issue for us.
