Goodbye junk was great, Daniel and Jo were so helpful and were very fast and punctual. It only took about an hour to remove a huge garage load and it was so impressive once finished, looks 100 x better. Denis was also great who came to have a quote and access the rubbish. Thank you to all of you, we will definitely be using you again in a couple of weeks.

Scott and his team was very professional, friendly,calm. They were honest and straightforward from the beginning.They told me on the day they will come and give me a quote and if I am happy with it they will proceed, if not they will leave without any obligation. I was happy with their honesty and price.Showed me a rundown of what they will charge and why.Arrived on time, worked fast and efficiently. Goodbye Junkie is quick, efficient and reasonable when it comes to pricing and removing my queen size bed + mattress, dining table with chairs, and desk table.Jan and Nathan are impressively strong for the job but also polite & friendly, focussed on doing their job well.Matt is very clear in communicating when it comes to bookings and dispatching.I highly recommend these guys as they have done their job well!

I am very impressed with the ease of communicating with Goodbye Junk, from the moment I requested a quote on their website. Within 10 minutes, Matt called me back and explained the process. I then received an email to confirm the date and time we agreed. 40 minutes before the agreed time, I received a text with a link that tracks the truck's location and tells me how many minutes it is away from my place. I am 100% happy with the service of Milan and Justine. They are efficient, friendly, thorough and professional. For the result I got, the price is very reasonable. Congratulations on running such a good business.

These guys from Goodbye Junk Daniel , Scott and another person were amazing spending 4 to 5 hours removing junk from my 90 year old mother in law’s house which filled 3 large junk trucks this morning! This would have cost money in skips and in addition taken days of my time to do this. I can now get the cleaners and painters into the house to get it ready for sale in two weeks time and then a stylist will furnish the house so that it can be auctioned. I could not have done this in time without this professional service. I would recommend this service to anyone who has junk and no time to spend hours and even days to get rid of it.

I needed to get rid of my old lounge as I had ordered a new one. I really wanted to try and coordinate getting rid of the old lounge on the same day as the new one arriving. Matt was terrific at coordinating the pick up of my lounge, navigating date and time changes of the delivery of my new lounge. On the day Daniel and Scott were great, I live on the 5th floor with no lift but nothing was too much trouble for them. We have a deceased estate that needed cleaning up years of collecting junk. Some of the photos are before and after.The team was so professional, Jason was caring enough to ensure it was ready for an open house even though he had to come back after to collect more items.We would have been here for weeks if we had to clean it up our selves.Money well spent!
