Coles Bulleen

Small. Congested. Out of date front end. What produce and groceries there are of a decent standard. Handy if you live nearby.

terrible customer service most times I walk in. very irritated staff that don’t bother trying to sound friendly or helpful.

Large store, well stocked.Staff are okay.Parking can be difficult at the plaza at times.

Seems ok except for that $9 price popping up at the checkout for a $4 bag of frozen fruit..?? Oh and the self checkout needs to go lol

Self serve checkout scales are constantly faulty and the staff get annoyed and go through your bags like you've stolen something. Literally had to have them stand there while we scanned an item and bag it to show them the error issue this week. Every time we come it's a new problem. Don't have this issue elsewhere.The self serve staff are then either really apologetic, or absolutely run off their feet going back and forth between people and really annoyed at you.

Generally good service and friendly staff, but this Coles obviously isn't a Premium store as it has no bakery section (bakery products appear shipped in)

I don't frequent this area much but the coles did have some nice bargains when I was there. Provides you with all the things you expect to find at a coles

Cheap prices. Has most of the high turnover products. Handy for me to get to. Always good parking. Xlnt. Tries to keep prices low. Worth visiting. Plenty of trolleys. Very good. Has been good for years. It just needs modernisation. New lighting has helped.200623 - still the same. Clean. Good prices lots of specials all the time. Worth visiting.

I am a 55 year old man who went and ordered 3 packs of cigarettes as coles is closed for Easter holidays. At around 5pm 6/04/23 the lady who looked about 40 and had black hair at the counter refused to sell me.My 19 year old daughter was with me and I asked her what cigarettes her mother smoked. She told me the name and I said it to the cashier. The lady said my daughter needed ID or she couldn’t sell them. I explained the situation as I don’t remember the brand name my wife buys and she rudely said “rules are rules”. My daughter offered to show an online version of her ID but the lady had already put them back. I told her id go somewhere else to buy the ones for my wife but I still wanted mine. She repeated “rules are rules”, once again even when my daughter offered her ID. This lady at the counter obviously does not care to be kind or to sell. If she wanted to do either she would’ve looked at the 3 documents my daughter had (passport, licence and vaccine) scanned on her phone and would not have had such a harsh tone. After 10 years of coming daily we will now be taking business elsewhere.

Easy access for disabled scooter and very helpful staff.
