The automatic car wash is poo. I'm stuck in it and can't get out the shop assistant isn't assisting been here 20 min still no help.

Absolutely rubbish customer service. One Old Man with No Name Base & when asked for name, rudely told to do whatever you can! I purchased car wash vouchers. Second one is expired yesterday. I asked to replace it. The staff member started giving me advice to remember the date & lots more. I explained there was rain & we ware away so just came back home. Do you think there should be expiry for voucher? Not a question of few dollars but why should I dump a voucher 24 hours before expired in the bin!No more Fuel or Car Wash here.

They don't care about their customers, they just want your money. No toilets (or so I was told), no sense of humour. Aloof and barely helpful. I put my stuff back and went to Macca's up the road.

How do you let fraud happen right in front of your face and do nothing to stop it? They let a man use a stolen debit card to tap and go multiple times within an hour and didn’t even think to stop and check the name. All transactions were under $100. This person was shifted on 17/6/22 around 12pm.

Staff are helpful but why are there no public toilets? In the 21st century, in a metropolitan city like Sydney?She'll recently made their best profit of all time and yet can't install public toilets in their facility

How does someone let a person make multiple tap and go transactions under $100 and not be suspicious of fraudulent activity? Whoever was shifted on 17/06/22 at around noon needs to be fired. You dont even think to check the name? The lack of care and attention to detail is shocking. Zero stars.

Absolute rip off avoid this place at all costs. Not only is it the most expensive fuel but the cash wash facility is joke . If it does not work they will not give your money back and could not care less. Never again.
