Amazing product compared to others we saw and ahd way better lead time(which I was suspicious about) but they actually started way earlier. Mario's and his team's expertise was second to none and incredibly collaborative from the outset. Their customer service prior to, and during installation was out of this world, and they were the only company to actually come out with no prompting to look at all the windows and the house prior to quoting. Best installation experience yet with no variations for a very difficult old install. Sales team are the actual installers, not a Sales Rep with no technical expertise or install experience who is just wanting a signature or an order under pressure as we experienced with others!Job was done so quickly, in 2 days. Their Professionalism was just absolutely amazing. We had 5 rooms replacing our [full height] floor to ceiling (2+metres) and full room length (3.5 + )metres old sash wooden frame windows and two laundry windows in an old 50's house. Views are incredibly stunning, no noise and house is much warmer for longer in the few days now after work complete. We were really cautious about committing, Particularily deliberating which company to choose based on brochures pricing and instinct. And they were very highly competitively priced! But this is the best thing we have done as part of continued renovation of our old house. One of the 2.1metre by 3metre panes had an internal scratch in the double glazing area (from the window pane manufacturer) and they had the window pane manufacturer send a new one and replaced it amazingly within only 2 days after final installation. They then did this in 30mins!!! Thank you Mario, Piotr and Lukasz for absolutely the best installation experience to date that we have now done to the house!!! After dealing with several other double glazing companies I was so glad I was recommended Astellite. The expertise on double glazed windows from Rudi is second to none. He delivers his expertise with an unbridaled passion to provide the best product in the market and customer experience. We'd already has some windows installed by another company and was experiencing some after sales issues with our door. Rudi went out of his way to fix the problem, even though this was not what I had engaged him or Astellite for. The replacement of our existing windows with the Astellite uPVC double glazed windows have transformed our house both aesthetically and environmentally. The German engineering and locking systems are first class. They keep out noise, heat and the cold and look fantastic. In addition the costs were reasonable and the customer service in particular from Damian has been absolutely outstanding and any issue has been responded with quickly and efficiently. All in all a very positive experience.

After considering a handful of suppliers, we chose Astellite to replace all 24 windows and external doors on our two storey 25yo Fasham home. Our original western red cedar windows, whilst in good condition, required a lot of upkeep and were poor insulators of temperature and noise – the latter becoming an increasing issue as the density of our inner-city suburb increased. Rudi walked us through the features of the product and was promptly available onsite to measure up where he explained the options. Sylvia was quick with the quotations and revisions as we refined the spec. After paying a deposit, we were kept updated with the expected installation date. Up to six guys in the crew led by Mario worked long hours and the work was completed in the six days as planned. The crew treated the house respectfully and left the house in a clean state at the end of each day. We are delighted with the workmanship and engineering/quality of the product. We chose an oak woodgrain finish and upon sighting, everyone is stunned to hear that the windows frames aren’t timber. European design (tilt & turn) is fantastic with the security offered with multiple latch points and the ease of quickly opening and closing windows. Cleaning upstairs windows is now possible without using a ladder!Astellite provided both an excellent product and service and deserve 5 stars for both.

Visiting the showroom in Dandenong and talking with Rudi and Sylvia gave us the confidence to go ahead with replacing 28 year old double glazed PVC windows/sliding doors in our living room in harsh beach side conditions. Technology and quality has improved remarkably over the years, backed with the high standard of German expertise, trusting that they will last the rest of our lives.
