Fantastic Furniture
I was served by Jackson, who is one of the friendliest and most helpful salesmen I've ever dealt with. I am impressed with how easy the item I bought was to assemble and I think for the price, the build quality is very fair. The store isn't huge but the range is quite impressive.

Huge thank you for Bec.T who works at Fantastic Furniture Balgowlah. Bec assisted me all through my complicated enquiry of my orders, and managed to let all furnitures are delivered on the date I officially moved in to my new apartment. Bec answered my call over my enquiry in the morning and it was all sorted out by the lunch time. Without her help, I would be still waiting for all necessary furnitures for the basic living and would be very inconvenient. Now, my place is fully furnished and look beautiful. Thank you so much Bec, you are my legend and the most superb customer service I actually have ever experienced. I hope this review will be seen by you and your manager and you will be rewarded in any way. Five stars customer service.

The quality these days at Fantastic Furniture is excellent.With our recent purchase of our Bayton Bordeaux Sofa, if this is anything to go by.Take the time to visit Fantastic Furniture.The prices there are sharp too.Well worth the visit there for us.

I just want to say thank u to the 2 guys that delivered my dads furniture to ullawah today, they were very nice and helpful. Plus everything that was delivered was perfect and my dad is very happy with his furniture that we suprised him with.

Fantastic Furniture
Extremely disappointed to have purchased the Havana Bed brand new from Fantastic Furniture Balgowlah, the bed broke to pieces within 6 months, causing a slipped disk when the middle fell out, so we moved it to the garage. After months of it sitting there we ended up throwing it out in council clean up as they had advised they would replace the bed.Now they are refusing to replace after having held onto it for months without. $400 down the drain, and I’m pregnant sleeping on a mattress on the floor.I used to purchase a lot from this store and extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service.

Claudia was amazing. I bought a buffet unit, and it had a wrong piece in it. Claudia quickly analysed the issue, and got me the right piece. Lovely lady great service. Roger was very helpful as well ! Thanks team!
