I give it one star as I have been a faithful costumer for several yearsI always, as a disabled patient , got my products on credit and payed them off.Since last year I rang to get a battery charger for my scooter (someone had stolen mine from my back door and , after paying off my account, I was told that I could not pay off a charger I wanted to get.Since then , I have not left my house and my scooter is sitting idle gathering cobwebsVery disappointed with Nobel
