I have known Ron for over 10 years now . He is an excellent jeweller with an exceptional craftsmanship. He has done beautiful rings for me with sapphires, diamonds and opals, rose-gold necklaces with matching bracelets and earrings.This year he made the most fantastic ring for me – a 3 carat diamond set on a rose-gold band! The diamond has such a fantastic sparkle, it just makes me happy whenever I wear it. Ron listens to whatever specific design I have in mind – and the result is always an impeccable piece of work! I highly recommend Ron as a jeweller!

Ron is an exceptional craftsman who is able to meet every one of my obscure requests. It really is a pleasure working with him. He is easy going, good natured jeweller who never tries to hard sell you or upsell anything you're uncomfortable with. His many years of experience really shows through his knowledge of diamonds and gemstones. He is fast, efficient and the price is also very competitive! With added lifetime warranty, and generally a great person to work with, you cannot go wrong with Ron!

Amazing experience. Ron has been my grandmothers jeweller for years so I naturally went to see him to create an engagement ring. the price was super competitive, the turn around time was quick and the quality amazing.

Ron designed and made our wedding rings and my engagement rings exactly how we'd wanted them. He is patient, has great advice and very reasonable prices.

Not so great experience...Ronald Crisp designs beautiful jewellery and is a great person to talk to and has lots of time until you need to replace or get a refund.Recently in August my husband got a pair of earrings for my b’day. Since I had wanted Opals and not diamonds, we immediately went to get a refund or replacement. Ronald did not have an opal collection and was very insistent that he would never process a refund as it affected his book-keeping in some way.Instead he agreed to source the opals and make the earrings. Since he was not ready for a refund, he said that the new earrings would be of equal value and we had to take his word for it. He had also agreed to give a matching pendant along, to match up the value.Finally in December after much follow-up and consultation, we got the earrings. He asked for additional $1500 for the pendant. And he refused to meet in person and said he was very busy in workshop behind the closed door, even though my husband was there specifically to meet him.In the end, we took the earrings only as we had already spent $2500 for that pair; an additional $1500 for a pendant did not seem worth it

Ron is excellent. He sourced the diamond, negotiated a good price and designed the ring. Patient, communicative, and wasn't being pushy unlike other jewellers I visited. The engagement ring was everything my fiancé wanted!

Great jewellery designs and Ronald is a good person to talk to, the good things end over here.If you want to give your partner a surprise or want to get anything done with opals then you can give his establishment a miss.It took me more than 3 months to get a pair of earrings changed even though I was back to his shop the next day itself.Timelines and word, they are the hallmarks of a man's personality, Ronald didn't stick to either of them he gave me a lower deal than what he had promised to and there was no means for me to verify the accuracy of the deal that I got as well.I won't recommend his business to anyone

I truly could not be happier with Ron as a Jeweller, he listened to what we wanted in an engagement ring, sourced excellent champagne diamonds for us to chose from and hand crafted the ring to perfection - all at a very, very reasonable price. We loved his work so much that we had Ron make further jewellery for us and they are certainly one of a kind pieces. Ron is friendly and has a great personality - he has always made us feel at ease. Happy to recommend Ron to anyone wanting a bespoke piece of jewellery at a more than competitive price.
