Fair Dinkum Builds Bega Valley

Unfortunately this has to be the worst company I've had to deal with in my lifetime. Multiple issues including a serious lack of communication, the inability to deliver what was ordered, delivering to the wrong address, waiting 10 months plus for windows and we're still waiting due to Fair Dinkum sheds not having the ability to understand simple orders. The response to them not ordering windows oh we've been waiting to hear back from you despite a ridiculous amount of emails, phone calls and left messages wanting updates on the windows. The manager Mark is completely unprofessional with a don't give a stuff attitude. Avoid this company if you can and spend you hard earned elsewhere because they simply won't give you the time of day to sort any issues out let alone provide the product you've paid for.... and in reply to the response given by Fair Dinkum the order was under my wife's name Kate and its mildly amusing you responded to this so quickly. Mark you need to work on your customer relations skills and occasionally respond to her emails and phone messages as quick as you have here
