I just purchased a loaf of my favourite Fig & Almond Bread (which I would prefer to keep as my secret). Suzie was very helpful and I didn’t have a proper chance to thank her for “going the extra yard”. Good old fashion customer service.

Ordering takeaway coffee and the barista keeps cheating with clients and let me wait for 5 minutes. Wonder what they do if they are busy. And very unfriendly to top it off.Plenty of other option around.
