Very well looked after by the reception staff and technician I will absolutely be having all future scans here, best experience so far even if baby was being super stubborn and not getting in the positions we needed

Very happy with services provided. Receptionist was polite.Doing ultrasound person was fantastic and talked me through what was being done. Ct scan done very quick a couple of questions from them and i was done. Very efficient. Thankyou.

We couldn't be happier with our experience. All the staff were wonderful and the radiographer went out of his way to ensure that my elderly mother was comfortable and felt safe and that the images were the best they could be.

In the last week I needed an ultrasound and an xray due to injury not healing. On both occasions I was able to have the procedures done quickly with very short wait times. Lumus were prompt and professional.

Absolutely love this Imaging place. The staff are so friendly & supportive. I've had quite a few ultrasound scans already as I'm pregnant and had a small SCH which they were so reassuring and showed me how happy and thriving my little babe was.Please note that if you are pregnant, they don't have an ultrasound printer so you'll need your phone to take photos of your baby.Highly recommend this Imaging place. ❤️

*Edited 14th December 2022, I emailed but no response, does not surprise me*Absolutely appalling service from the lady with short grey hair and glasses. I came in the place at 1.30. I asked the lady at the reception for a mask. She wouldn’t give me one unless I had an appointment with Lumus. I am seeing the doctor today then I had to book with them , even after I told her that she still refused to give me a mask. She said I have to go to the chemist to buy one. Absolutely shocking. I have a very sick son and I was literally having an argument with this receptionist over one mask. Like that some how would’ve affected her whole pay check to let me have 1 mask !!!!!! Disgusting that I’m trying to do the right thing only for her to refuse me a single 1 cent China made mask. The sign I have attached clearly states that I am allowed to have a mask. Even though I didn’t make my appointment yet I don’t see the big deal. What happened to compassion and kindness? And staying healthy together?
