Tom was brilliant.I connected with Tom to discuss concerns about my laptop, and Tom offered several solutions to my computer issues. He gave me cost consideration options as well as what I personally needed to consider to get what I wanted from my laptop usage. As a person who has little to no understanding of how these things work , I was pleasantly surprised by Tom’s genuine care. My iMac's hard drive was busted, and they replaced it with a new SSD. Now the computer works like new, and for much less than the cost of a new one.Tom was really nice and really helpful.
