My wife did her passport online but because she needed to present some documents (which they gave her a list). According to that list she presented all the docs. The lady in the post office will not follow that list and keep asking more and more documents which it was ridiculous. My wife rang the passport office and they stated that the post office lady should ask only the required documentation on the list. My wife went to another post office and everything was done without a problem

The post office has always been a very organised and has had consistently friendly staff however this morning while I was driving with my partner I witnessed a postie driving a van losing his temper at traffic. Your staff represent your company and this leaves a poor example for the public
