The lane we were playing on was defective for the whole 2 games that were played and we even had to stop and wait close to 15 minutes for it to be fixed so we could resume playing. Upon request of a refund we were flat out denied and were only offered 1 free game as compensation which HAD to be played the very next day. Safe to say after supporting the business for 20 years I will not be returning after such poor care for regular customers was displayed.

Great place to go with family and to have birthday parties and also a great place to host competitions. the arcade is good and the food is nice. The only thing I didn't like about the place is that some of the staff aren't very pleasant to be around and some of them just complain a lot.

Good time had by all. From grandparents down to 5 year old. Safe, clean and welcoming. Didn’t get the name of the chap works there Tuesday morning but he was friendly and helpful. Customer service was great.

The children love ten pin, this is a great family fun day out, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They host great children's parties and while the kids are bowling, the adult refreshments are always cold. Best of both worlds!!

Last 2 times I went there with a group of friends the lane broke and we had to wait for a fix or move to another lane. While the fixes were fast it'd be nice if there didn't need to be one at all.
