As someone who is quite new to MTBiking and loving it, Ryan and Dean were very helpful in guiding me to choose the right bike for me. I wasn’t pressured into a purchase, which made me feel more comfortable about making the right choice. They have a lot of knowledge and experience and great personable communication, and they went the extra mile to set it up. I feel like the bike will be in good hands going forward. So far I love it!

The guys at Hit Bikes looked after me when I had problems with my chain. Slotted my into their workshop quickly and sorted the problem quickly and also gave the bike a general check. Great to deal with and cost was very reasonable.First time customer and will be back if I need more repairs down the track.Double thumbs up.

We had a problem with an E Bike and no other shop was interested or had the ability to solve the issue. Ryan painstakingly worked through all components until he had it working again. I would have no hesitation recommending Hit Bikes for sales , service and repairs

Lovely bunch of guys and a superb service on a very quick turnaround as I was passing through town on an extended bike tour. They managed to squeeze me in next day and bike is running beautifully again. Highly recommend
