Total Cleaning Melbourne

I was very happy with how my carpets looked good after the clean. The outgoing residents had supposedly steam cleaned the carpets, but they looked so much clean better after a professional dry clean. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANING COMPANY- they quoted us $800 3 times for our total house clean (6 carpeted rooms) and then when they came to clean the house they said we needed to pay $125 extra as we had an extra room which we did not??- the cleaning WAS VERY POOR QUALITY. We paid for a vacate house clean and now we are not getting some of our bond back because they did an awful job, especially at cleaning the carpets- they also left all the doors unlocked in the house after the clean VERY UNPROFESSIONAL- their staff are also rude- I would rate them zero stars but google reviews won't let meDO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

I went to the website, had a browse.I was initially quoted $350 for cleaning. I thought general cleaning wouldve been included in the quote but it did not.About two hour job, carpet cleaning ONLY, with rangehood and bathroom vent. Really expensive.Make sure you ask them down to every single details what they do for the job.

This was a super disappointing service. We were quoted the same amount multiple times, including when they arrived at the house and were paid. They then, towards the end of clean, demanded another $200 to finish the house. Although one lady on the phone was really nice, the man we spoke to was awfully rude. He hung up on us and they left without finishing the house. As it was their quoting mistake, all the fuss was really unnecessary. This was our vacate clean the day before our lease was up so it's created a real mess for us to quickly get the remainder of the house clean. Felt as though they were trying to scam us because we're students, which was pretty upsetting. Might have just been the people we dealt with, but definitely wouldn't hire again unfortunately.

Spring Clean -- extremely happy with the quality of this cleaning service, the staff are efficient, trustworthy and I really appreciated the extra time they took to understand what I was after. Our house looks fantastic, will be a repeat customer. Highly recommend

Total duct cleaning have cleaned my heating system after a big renovation in my house, the system was very dirty and full of construction dust, but they have done a fantastic job to clean it and make us able to enjoy a healthy air. thanks guys, we highly recommend them.

These guys were amazing. Moved into a new home so required ducts cleaned, carpets steam cleaned & wooden floor buffed & polished. Left them the keys & returned to wonderfully polished floors& clean carpets. We had an issue with our duct system & once that was sorted, Robbie came back to complete the flight of the ducts. Finished with a lovely tea tree oil so the whole house smelled amazing. Michael, Robbie & their team were fantastic. Communication was great, price was good & finished look was amazing! Highly recommended.

We called them after a flash flood to dry out a 60m2 and we’re completely over charged. They took advantage of the scarcity and charged $2600 for only extracting the water and cleaning the carpets which took them roughly 2 hours.Also they pressured the company I work for (multi million dollar corporation) into paying up front and not billing us for the cost.Avoid !!!

Ordered a bond clean two week ago and did not receive my bond back because of the poor job done. I am writing this review because after telling them and their description including a follow up if there were any issues with the bond- they ghosted me.We did not get the bond back.There was no attention to what needed to be cleaned, they did not clean the oven or the titles despite having it our description. The titles in the laundry were not cleaned and the service was all around extremely poor. The communication was fantastic before but unfortunately they took no responsibility or even were open to a discussion after.A team was promised to come and only one person arrived and seemed that the person did not want to do the additional work by himself.Overall, do not book this place. If you are looking to book from Airtasker, it is likely he will ghost you.
