Lim's Pharmacy

My favourite pharmacy in Melbourne. Staff are always helpful and prompt. Always handy to give out advice. Wait times are fairly reasonable. Love the location also, right across the best pho shop in Melbourne and plenty of restaurants and shops around.

Went here today to pick up some cough syrup for my stubborn dry cough and was met with nothing but excellent service.I was served by a young, male pharmacist who took his time to talk through my symptoms and made recommendations based on that. Hats off to the team at Lim’s Pharmacy!

Although we frequently passed by this pharmacy during our visits to Springvale, we never ventured inside since our focus was primarily on food and groceries. However, today marked a change as we entered the pharmacy for the first time.After we finished our lunch, we sought assistance for our children's dry skin, particularly due to their eczema condition since birth and our recent return from overseas.We were pleasantly surprised by the care and attention provided by the owner, Mr. Richard Lim. He dedicated time to explain our options and helped us select the necessary products.In an era where such exceptional service is rare, Mr. Lim's attentiveness stood out. The numerous awards displayed in the pharmacy showcased his esteemed reputation and significant contributions to the community.We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Lim for his invaluable assistance and assure him that we will revisit his establishment in the future.

This pharmacy is a quick walk away from Springvale Shopping Centre, so it’s convenient. There are not as many aisles as other stores, but it’s still very similar to other pharmacies. The area for prescriptions is at the back.

I love how they treat customers or patients. Very professional, friendly, over nice,….. the price of prescription is affordable too. Thank you

Came in hoping to get my Covid19 booster shot however was met with shambolic service.Spoke to a pharmacy assistant (presumably) about the different types of Covid19 vaccines available which she had very limited idea about. She then requested assistance from an older male assistant who simply insisted that I fill in the form (not even answering my question). The third person involved also did not know the different vaccine options.Given that they were supposedly going to inject drugs into my body, I would like to think that the staff know exactly what they are doing. It didn't feel that way then. After waiting a while to speak with an actual pharmacist, and still not being serviced, I walked out without getting the vaccine.

Extremely grateful for the pharmacist and especially to the tall guy with glasses (not sure of his position) at the meds counter. I needed to certify my docs, it was pretty late 6pm, all other pharmacies refused either b/c their pharmacists finished their shifts, or that they don't certify docs there ???, or that there was only 1 pharmacist etc. Came to Lims Pharmacy as last resort and the staff were just so polite and helpful even though there was quite a queue. So fresh to see kind people with such good working ethics!

After 30 plus years, this chemist remains my main pharmacy. Even though I need to travel 12 kilometers to get to it, it is worth it. For the service is professional and the staff enchanting

Absolutely wonderful customer service. All the staff I dealt with today were friendly, kind and helpful. I was passing by but if I ever lived in Melbourne again, I would definitely make this my pharmacy. Thank you for your service.
