I wanted the cuffs of my sleeves fixed on my jacket and went to this shop however when I got my jacket back what was done to it was not what I had asked for I was very disappointed, but I went in the next day and the customer service was impeccable top notch due to my disappointment the day before they completely gave me a whole new jacket and was so lovely about it too, the lady went way above to help and was spot on thank you so much
