Love this place, some of the best Italian food I have had with great friendly service. I can highly recommend the spaghetti marinara and the spaghetti gamberi. The main portion sizes are very generous and man is it good. Great atmosphere too.

Possibly the best passionfruit cocktail I have ever tasted. Worth the money. Four cheese gnocchi is out of this world! Appreciated the generous servings of prosciutto!MIA ~ Fig & Apple Vodka + Passoa + Passionfruit Liquor + Pineapple + Vanilla Syrup+ Tahitian Lime Juice + Fresh Passionfruit Pulp + side chilled prosecco + Flaming Passionfruit

Came up from Sydney and had brunch was absolutely amazing! The staff were awesome, shout out to dawn and hols who were an absolute delight and super friendly! Great overall experience, would recommend!

Lovely restaurant across from the Trinity Beach, indoor/outdoor seating on the deck.Staff were smiling and friendly, and didn't rush us to order or push us out the door once we'd finished eating.The food was amazing, very tasty and displayed nicely on the plate, only thing is it's very expensive compared to other Italian restaurants in Cairns.

Busy restaurant in a beautiful location at Trinity Beach right on the esplenade. Staff are very friendly, and fitted us in without a reservation. We had stopped for coffee the previous evening, so we decided to eat here. I'm so glad we did... garlic ciabatta, 4 cheese Gnocchi and Risotto with pork belly and apple - all delicious! Definitely worth a try.

Some very delicious Italian food, served perfectly across from Trinity Beach. Service was excellent, with staff coming up to our table to ask how the food was, and replacing drinks. The atmosphere here was thriving and very warm. I would recommend the Margerita Pizza.

Went to L’unico Trattoria Italiano for Breakfast whilst in town to catch up with family. This place is awesome located in one of the most picturesque spots potentially in the world. Menu was great although portion size was very small for the money compared to other places. Quality was good and all brought out in good time. Staff were happy and friendly. All in all, really enjoyed my experience here, would definitely recommend to all if you want to grab breakfast at trinity beach!

We had the seafood platter for two and it was amongst the best platters we have had!! Fresh, plentiful, and the side salad was an amazing accompaniment. The platter came with additional sauces, but we didn’t touch these as the seafood was perfection on its own. Scallops - melt in your mouth, mussels - buttery and delicious… so much of this platter was hero moment. Would highly recommend!

Food good, coffee good, service from owner disappointing as ahe was quite rude whereas the staff were lovely. $90 for a simple brunch was very overpriced!! Photo is what I had while my friend had one of the breakfast special dishes.
