Very good at talking customer service etc until you sign up. I’ve waited 1+ month for a reply to emails on several occasions. There is no malice involved, they just simply don’t care!

Sold our boat just over a week ago have now been informed by the staff at the marina our berthing fees will not be refunded....we have contacted a lawyer to take this matter further.
