This morning I popped into Big W Plumpton.Had a list of things to grab. A young lady Named Kym came along and helped me look for the last item. Went above and beyond trying to locate it.Although the item wasn’t in store. (just my luck), I appreciated their efforts.Thanks Kym.

Good service in processing my refund on a faulty product. Two days later my refund went in then big w immediately took it back.Update: Sorted, staff were very understanding & solved this issue in quick order.

First time I've been here to Big W Plumpton a good visit, still have lots of products to look at.Tried on some work cargo pants perfect size and everything except they didn't have belt loops to keep my pants up, they were a great price as well.I got a few things and headed for the front to pay, most prices are reasonable and staff if you can find them, are good to deal with and know were all things are.If you appreciate my information and review please tick the blue hand and help me improve my guide knowledge in your area. Worst big W ever, avoid it at all cost. They never have anything in stock, and all the old staff are rude and unfriendly. The managers with the eyes that don’t work do not care about the store at all.The manager of the store is ignorant and rude and deserves to not be a manager at all, both of them the one with the glasses and shaky eyes!
