Very happy with the level of care and service taken by Grace in moving a family antique chest from Cairns to Canberra. From the first contact over the phone through to final delivery Grace staff were highly professional. Despite my initial hesitation in the merits of having a removalist move an antique interstate, I can now say with confidence that I have no regrets and highly recommend Grace to anyone needing to do the same.

Grace handled our move from Far North Qld to WA. Very good service. Daniel (our rep) was prompt and always helpful answering questions. Furniture arrived very quickly, and exactly as scheduled. I would use Grace again, and totally recommend them. Great job.

We are very grateful for the very professional trio who delivered our belongings to Kuranda on the 13/1. Their professionalism and respect were refreshing and much appreciated. It is the first time in our life involving numerous move that our beds were put together and such care given to the move. My move was complex as I was living in New Zealand moving to Brisbane with furniture in storage in Cairns.Grace removals provided a very competitive quote but it was the care and concern shown by Mel and the team in Cairns that won the deal. They went above and beyond my expectations to ensure the move went smoothly. The customer service was extraordinary and exemplary.Everything they said they would do was done and on time, especially when timing mattered in ensuring a smooth move.The delivery guys in Brisbane were professional, careful and considerate.I strongly recommend Grace Removals if you want a stress free, timely move.

I could not give a negative star review...They are fantastic and prompt at giving you a quote however once they have your money they simply don't care for your belongings at all.We moved from Cairns to Tasmania got quoted 2-3 weeks and still waiting coming up to 5 weeks now. When I rang the Tasmanian office to update my delivery address the lady said that our stuff was in Melbourne and should be about a week off, only to find out a week later that it was still in Cairns and had been forgotten to be put on the container. The 'branch manager' denied it was forgotten even though someone from his branch told us this and the fact that Hobart office thought it was in Melbourne. He was very rude and showed very little care at all telling us that it was only a small delivery. If it wasn't for the fact that I have already paid for the transport and they have my belongings I would definitely not recommend this removal company to anyone. There is no communication between branches or their customers and good luck trying to get through to some sort of support. I am disgusted.

Grace removals crew worked hard and took great care while packing and moving the furniture from the apartment to the truck. We were also very impressed when they delivered our stuff. They unpacked the furniture and even rearranged our old furniture so the new stuff could be accommodated. Well done guys, we were very helpful. The office staff were also very friendly and helpful. All in all we are very happy. Thank you guys.

I recently relocated from Cairns to Sydney...a major event for me...and the whole experience made easier by Grace Bros, and the various teams in the loading and unloading, the admin people in Cairns such as Mel Stokes, team leader Arthur in Cairns...and the two teams from Grace Bros, who unloaded my goods in Sydney. I recall the two delivery teams were exceptionally cheerful, cooperative, and polite...all in the the second team led by Scott were also upbeat and nothing was too difficult....definitely recommend Grace Bros. Grace removals Cairns were very professional. They were on time and even gave a courtesy call before pickup and delivery, so I knew exactly when they would arrive. They also called after delivery to check to make sure everything went well. The delivery drivers were brilliant and very careful with our items. I would absolutely use Grace removals again.

Some furniture was broken and several boxes were missing. Very disappointed, but at least received most of the items, thanks anyway.

Grace were good to deal with, their representatives were lovely, the service on pick up was prompt and the cost competitive. Delivery from Cairns to Adelaide took 5 weeks, but I had stated I was not fussed when it arrived, and I wasn't so that was fine, though perhaps a little long. I had an antique trunk damaged during transit, but I took out insurance.Where I was quite unhappy was an antique wardrobe key was lost in transit, rendering the furniture unusable. I contacted my local office three times to follow up and while the representatives were lovely and sympathetic to my problem, I was promised the Operations Manager would contact me to follow up after each call, which never occurred at any point. This was extremely disappointing. Very much seems they are happy to pick up and dump your possessions but do not want to know about anything done by their handlers during transit. Thank god for insurance is all I can say.
