Fantastic Furniture
Cheap but not value no after sales interest outside warranty period so that’s it guys that’s how long their stuff will last. Waste of time buying.

Ordered 2 mars bar stools on separate orders. Picked them up at the store and service was quick and assisted in getting them to and into the car by helpful and friendly staff member.

Fantastic Furniture
A perfect zero stars!! We ordered chaise 3 months ago and the estimated delivering was 10-11 weeks. Every time I call, I get a different answer from the team member. It feels like they don’t care about the customer product or their time. I was told that the delivery was set for today but without my knowledge they have changed it for next fortnight. No emails, no text message, no call nothing!

Fantastic Furniture
I ordered a bed and mattress on the 8/12/21. The order had an estimated delivery time of 4-5 weeks. Fast forward to the 21/2/22 (10 weeks), I made a phone call on the whereabouts and half of the bed was there. Not everything had been shipped yet. So I asked for a refund and the lady on the phone told me to email asking to cancel/refund my order. So I sent an email on the 22/2/22. Fast forward to 4/3/22, still no reply. I gave them another call and got Darren, who cancelled the order on the phone with me and was the only good part of the experience. If not for Daz, this would’ve been a 1 star review. Would advise to buy in store, or go elsewhere. Do not buy online.

Found the exact dining suite we were after and the staff member was very helpful even when we changed our mind on the first one we found. It was no trouble for her to change our purchase and she gave exact information on where their warehouse was. Highly recommend them.

Well laid out store with heaps of floor stock to check out and try. Went bed shopping for a child and found a few things I liked. Friendly staff as ever

Staff were too busy sitting on furniture displays talking among themselves to attend to us when we entered the store, nor did they approach all the time we were on the elevated level in store. One guy got up when we requested assistance and was rather blunt and pushy. Not as much display stock, or in store stock as expected.
