I do NOT recommend this real estate. Ryan Greer is horrible to deal with has a terrible work ethic he is rude he also has properties that have been sitting around for over 4 weeks yet claims he has numerous applications! Weird that you can have so many applications yet the properties are still not rented! How he has a job as a real estate agent is beyond me! And I would NOT want someone like this working for my company!! Get better staff ! That’s my advice! Hire someone who generally cares about people and isn’t rude and raises their voice at clients! I hope the agency sees this and hires people who actually care about their job!! That’s my advice! Thanks Bye ✌️.

My partner and I were extremely happy with Megan, who looked after us throughout our tenancy. From the day of inspection until the end, Megan has been so helpful and understanding. We had to end our tenancy 2 months early (as much as we wanted to stay), and she quickly worked around and gave us best options to avoid extra fee and called us on every updates.We have gone through so many real estate agents and it is very hard to find a good one. But Megan has exceeded our expectations and went beyond.Megan, thank you so much for your help throughout our tenancy! You are the best property manager we ever had!

Amber managed our rental property and provided an excellent service. I was most impressed by her communication style, especially when contacting the tenants as I have previously rented myself through another well know chain and had a very different experience.Amber is very pleasant to deal with, responds quickly and treats everyone with respect and common sense. I have had Amber from McGrath managing my property for the past year plus and she is absolutely brilliant. She works persistently to find the best tenants and is always providing regular updates and suggestions. When we ran into some maintenance issues which required the tenants to vacate she sorted out everything and continued to provide excellent service throughout the process. We recently dealt with Beau Broomfield, Leasing Consultant, who helped us acquire a lovely rental home. We had been looking at rental homes for some time as we had recently sold our home. During this time, we never experienced the care, courtesy, or professionalism from other real estate agencies, that Beau has shown us.
