Salisbury branch went there today to get hair colour both manager and other lady working were very rude and refused to help or sell me the hair products even though I have an active account. I always get my hair and beauty products from there and they treated me like I was scum. I only walked in and the lady was rude straight up didn’t even give me a chance to get my products before asking me to leave and told me they are a trade only which I know I have an account there. I aske for both lady’s names to call head office and they refused. I walked out to call head office and the lady locked the door. This is the worst place I have ever been treated like this and I’ve been going there for 15 years to get my product. Will never go there again I’ll just use Noris instead where I have an account there as well and they are fantastic.

Amazing the lady's there are great really know what they are talking about and are always happy to offer assistance. Products are endless and always have what I want or are happy to call and let me know when they arrive
