all right! by looking through all these five star reviews, i thought i was dealing with a legit and professonal company, so i chosed to make an order from them. But its not the case in fact. before the long weekend I have called twice and confirmed the line pump coming on 11 June 730am on site . On the day, I got everything including the concrete truck arrived on site on time stand by except the line pump, thought they might be late bcoz of the traffic. However, big surprise they never showed up. I had been calling from 750am until 920am finally someone answered the phone call, the guy was saying he might organise to a wrong place???. I ended up paying extra to organise elsewhere. first time deal with them was so fk up, never had this kinda of unprofessonal expereinces before. I have everything including phone conversation recording, gonna escalate to fair trading. They are not even worth even one star review. good luck for others to deal with them in the futrue.
