Really great service. Got back my bond! All thanks to Dia (I hope I'm spelling her name right) and the cleaners for their work. Real estate was also being a little sketch by asking to come back for a clean up after nearly a month before inspecting. Luckily to Jan's property and team for pointing that out and helping out! Highly recommend!

The condition the house was left in was unacceptable and resulted in us paying $400 to the owner as a result of your service. We paid extra for the fridge and freezer to be cleaned, which it wasn't. The top of door frames weren't dusted, air con vents weren't dusted, cabinets were left streaky and grease left in the oven after paying for it to be cleaned. I have emailed twice and spoken to a member of your staff who agrees this service was unacceptable. I am completely appalled by your services.UPDATE: It has almost been 1 month since I was promised a small refund in comparison for the price I had to pay for your services and yet there is still no refund. You promise 100% satisfaction and bond back guarantee which is quite frankly a lie. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company regarding my issue and have heard nothing from anyone. This needs to be sorted ASAP. I would never recommend this company to anyone, there services and customer service as absolutely appalling

Jan's cleaning end of lease service was excellent! Dia was easy to communicate and I got really two professional cleaners to do the work. Definitely would recommend them to others. I got the full bond back as well.

We’ve used Jan’s a twice now and the last, while wasn’t 100% sorted on the first go due to an overly picky property manager, was rectified by them committing to their policy which is to get the job done no matter what. We appreciated that.
