POOR PARKING: Dear Neighbour, as discussed many times over several years, when you fill your carpark with your staff vehicles leaving your customers nowhere to park except in OUR private car park, there's an issue. Since you're unwilling to take the issue serious face to face, here we are, explaining in public your lack of customer care. Theres been serval occasions where your customers have been outright abusive when politely asked to move their cars, a few even damaging our 5 star google rating with 1 star reviews. 2021 is a new year and we'll be very hot on this issue, our car parks are for our customers not yours... We wont damage your star rating to post this (which happily we don't worry about anymore) but we will be hot on the issue now as we get busier BUT more importantly any more abuse, harassment or threats towards our staff from your customers will be immediately reported to authorities. We're done with it. Thank you.

I recently had my scooter serviced by Gary who came out to my residence and I was impressed by his friendliness and knowledge of scooters and the price was right also Will use them again and recommend them to others.

The staff are very knowledgeable and empathetic for customers, their requirements and dignity. We found them very easy to deal with and would recommend them.
